I have a toenail fungus I cannot get rid of. It’s extremely embarrassing, the dr wants to prescribe medicine that costs hundreds of dollars… she didn’t even look at it. This is after my two insurances even so I don’t want to pay for it. What can I do

Does a nail technician responsible for cleaning the dirty feet of the customer? Or only cleaning the nails? If not, how will you tell your customer to clean there own feet?
